Iron Chef Jose Garces' first Philadelphia restaurant, Amada, is not a typical, trendy tapas restaurant. It is something else entirely. Amada serves authentic Spanish tapas based on the earthy Mediterranean flavors that have long been the passion and expertise of its founder and executive chef, but Chef Garces goes beyond tradition, interpreting centuries-old tapas recipies.

Table 31 is an elegant Italian bistro covering three floors of Philadelphia’s tallest building. Occupying 10,000 square-feet of Philadelphia's landmark building, The Comcast Center, Table 31 features two stunning bars, ground- and second-floor dining rooms, an intimate second-floor mezzanine lounge, and a second-floor private dining room. In addition, during the warmer months of the year, The Plaza Cafe at Table 31 offers guests alfresco dining in a spirited cafe setting.
